Aug. 30, 2010: A Jamaican sprinter on Sunday tied with American Tyson Gay for the fastest time this year and it was neither Usain Bolt nor Asafa Powell.Nesta Carter yesterday ran 9.78 seconds in the 100 meters at the Rieti Grand Prix.
