Dominican Summer League Pitchers Suspended

Aug. 31, 2010: Jean Carlos De La Cruz and Delvi Rodriguez of the St. Louis Cardinals and Eduard Reyes of the Milwaukee Brewers have been suspended from the Dominican Summer League.The three pitchers in the League have been suspended 50 games after testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs.The penalties were imposed Monday under the minor league drug program and take effect next season.
