The New York station returned with a Caribbean format from Oct. 3rd, and Persaud will be part of the regular additions to the new format as of tomorrow, October 10th.
The Guyanese-born journalist will join veteran broadcaster Rennie Bishop at 6 p.m. on Saturdays for a 15 minute segment that will discuss Caribbean news and issues and offer analysis.
The discussion will take place on `The Caribbean Corner,` from 5-7 p.m. on WWRL Radio.
The complete line-up of WWRL`s new Saturday programming includes: `All Things New York,` noon-2 p.m.; `Working New York,` 2-5 p.m.; `The Caribbean Corner,` 5-7 p.m.; and `The CaribZone Radio Show,` 7 p.m.-midnight.
